The Bars Kitchen Worker is responsible for service to the bars; cleaning floors, floor drains, stainless steel counter tops, soda guns, and sinks in the bar areas of the property. The Bars Kitchen Worker will also remove, clean, and return floor mats, remove dirty linen, and clean and return glassware to proper locations. Responsibilities include the set up and breakdown of dish machines in the bar areas for next use. Responsibilities must be performed in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.  This position pays $17.50/HR.

Perform service responsibilities in accordance with all company standards, policies, and procedures.  Responsible for expediting the food line, garnishing dishes using established procedures.  Responsible to deliver orders to guests using established seating arrangement procedures.  Responsible for maintaining the food line with condiments, dressings, sauces, soup etc.  Position requires time on feet all during shift – walking, standing, bending etc.

The hourly rate for this position is $15.50/hr.  The host/cashier in the Red Lantern sets the tone for the Guest's dining experience.  You will be the first person the Guest speaks with as they come and the last perosn as they leave.  We are looking for an upbeat applicant who an innate ability to build relationships with Guests.  You will be responsible for greeting and seating guests,also ensuring that the bus persons have tables cleared and set on a timely basis, and processing Guest checks. Using our seating system technology, you will be seating guests in a timely fashion by updating table status and waitlists.

The In Room Dining Server will take Guests’ food and beverage orders and delivering food and beverage orders to Guests. Deliveries will be made to various areas of the property including, but not limited to, Guest hotel rooms, bars, and the pool area. The Server will also cashier and server food at various public food service areas on property, outside of the primary restaurants. The Server is responsible to tendering Guest orders and following up on any Guest requests, including restaurant reservations, special room orders, and In Room Dining amenities and packages.

The Stove Person  supports  the Food and Beverage department in ensuring all ovens, ranges, stoves, broilers, grills, deep fryers, etc are cleaned and maintained to Company standards and specifications.    Applicant must clean, assemble and disassemble the kitchen equipment.  Also must maintain safety and sanitation standards in accordance with the policies of the Department of Health.  This position pays $18.00/HR.
