The Spa Concierge is responsible for the reception area at Spa at Thunder Valley. Duties Include greeting all Guests, answering phone calls, assisting Guests with questions regarding Spa services and products, booking all appointments, checking Guests into the computer system and charging for services performed. Additionally assists with transitional cleaning of locker rooms and relaxation areas as needed. Responsibilities must be performed in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.
Poker dealers will deal all poker games efficiently and accurately, providing friendly and proactive interaction with all Guests and Team Members. Provide AAA Four Diamond service standards to Guests by being knowledgeable about Thunder Valley Casino and communicating its promotions and events. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all company standards, policies and procedures.
The hourly rate for this position is $18.00/hr. Responsible for providing “Four Diamond / Luxury” Guest Service to our Guest at all times. The Stove Person supports the Food and Beverage department in ensuring all ovens, ranges, stoves, broilers, grills, deep fryers, etc are cleaned and maintained to Company standards and specifications. Applicant must clean, assemble and disassemble the kitchen equipment. Also must maintain safety and sanitation standards in accordance with the policies of the Department of Health.

The starting rate for this position is $70,000/yr+ benefits + bonus eligibility. The Floor Supervisor will supervise Dealers assigned to his/her respective pit. The TDR Attendant performs responsibilities in accordance with all company standards, policies, and procedures. He/she maintains the cleanliness and appearance of the Team Member Dining Room, and properly stock all necessary items for service. The position performs responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures. In addition, he/she is responsible for organizing shelving and food storage. etc. The position also requires heavy lifting, extensive standing and walking, as well as the basic knowledge and use of chemicals to sanitize and clean.
The responsibility of the VIP Coordinator is to provide exceptional personalized service and ensure all Guests’ needs are met in a prompt and efficient manner. The VIP Coordinator will assist Player Development staff and Casino Guests with an assigned Host with arrangements to meet and exceed Guests' expectations. A VIP Coordinator must be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner while maintaining confidentiality at all times.
The Warehouse Receiver ensures that the Company receives the quality and quantity of merchandise ordered, and that all outlets receive the products needed to give guests championship service.
