The Bell Service Attendant will assist arriving and departing Hotel Guests with luggage and service needs. Responsibilities must be performed in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.

The VIP Driver is responsible for providing safe, comfortable, and professional transportation to VIPs of Thunder Valley Casino Resort. VIP Drivers will demonstrate excellent Guest Service at all times as defined within the guidelines of the AAA Four Diamond standards. VIP Drivers will be expected to provide transportation to and from various locations as determined by management.
