Bartenders ensure that Beverage stations are properly stocked and all products are fresh, rotated and properly stored.  Responsible for carding guests who appears to be 30 years old or younger; taking orders, preparing drinks according to Thunder Valley Standards and specifications; and for processing transactions and secure payment using the Info Genesis System. This position pays $16/HR plus tips.

They ensure that beverage service stations are maintained in a clean, neat and orderly fashion adhering to all safety and health regulations and standards and that the beverage stations are properly stocked and all products are fresh, rotated and properly stored. The Café Cook is responsible for hands-on food production in the Cafe, the majority of which involves preparing all hot food items for breakfast, lunch and dinner, along with  salads, fruits, and deli meats. The Café Cook is also responsible for pizza and pasta production utilizing all applicable equipment including the pizza oven. The Cook will also prepare sauces and dressings and is responsible for cutting cakes and pies and setting up desserts.  The Cook will stock items needed for warmers and refrigerators, refill items that are low in product, place proper utensils, and check chilled salad items and steam table temperatures.  This position pays $20/HR.

The Kitchen Worker is responsible for set up and breakdown of dish machine, cleaning dishes, flatware, glassware, and pots and pans for next use. The Kitchen Worker is also responsible for organizing service areas of the kitchen including restocking the cook’s line with clean china, pots, and pans. The Kitchen Worker will also organize the dish room including shelving and storage, remove trash, clean floors and walls, drain floors, floor mats, ceiling vents, and ceiling tiles. Responsibilities must be performed in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.  This position pays $17.50/HR.

The Labor Analyst will coordinate, prepare, and present routine and ad-hoc analyses of payroll and labor statistics to support company budgeting and forecasting, support operational efficiencies and staffing changes, and assist in control of labor costs. The Limousine Driver is responsible for providing safe, comfortable, and professional transportation to VIPs of Thunder Valley Casino Resort. The hourly rate for this position is $16.50/hr.  The Pizza Hut Attendant ensures service standards are met and surpassed within the Food Court outlet by providing guest Thunder Valley Casino Resort's AAA Four Diamond Service Standards, quality food and beverages, purchase and proper preparation in accordance with Pizza Hut and Thunder Valley Casino Resort. The Poker Seating Clerk works in a fast paced environment while functioning as a Cashier, Chip Runner, and/or Seating Clerk during regular and tournament play.  The ability to multi-task, understand and exceed the needs of our Poker Guests is an expectation for this position.  This position pays $16/HR plus tips.

The Specialty Cook will also prepare sauces and dressings and is responsible for setting up desserts. The Specialty Cook will stock items needed for warmers and refrigerators, refill items that are low in product, set up stations, place proper utensils, and check chilled salad items and steam table temperatures. Follow Indian Health Department rules and regulations including HACCP monitoring system to specifications. 

The Rewards Center Supervisor assists the Rewards Center Manager in supervising the Rewards Center staff and day to day operations. He/she also supports the Rewards Center staff in creating the highest level of AAA Four Diamond guest service. This position also help our Marketing Team with various tasks.

The Slot Technician will maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the various electronic gaming devices as manufacturers update and create new machines and equipment necessary to service and repair machines. The Utility Technician is responsible for conducting slot machine moves and routine preventive slot machine maintenance. Utility Porters are also knowledgeable and skilled in the use of heavy-duty cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers and carpet extractors used for proper maintenance of a variety of surfaces within the property. The Valet will greet Guests arriving at the Casino and Hotel and is responsible for parking and retrieving Guests’ vehicles. This position pays $16/HR plus tips.
