Manager retrieves the bank from the casino cashier and signs out the appropriate keys. The Manager signs the applicable key control log and prior to opening the session the manager verifies the contents of the bank. At the end of the day the bank and keys are returned to the cage, and the keys are signed in. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures for the operation of the Bingo sessions.

• Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Thunder Valley Casino’s Core Values and demonstrating Thunder Valley Casino’s AAA Four Diamond Service Standards at all times.
• Perform opening functions that include: Each station is stocked with paper for sale, the computer is set for operation, the bingo balls are verified, the paperwork is prepared for the shifts.
• Prior to each session, each station is prepared for that session. Reconcile each selling and cash station in order to verify that the funds are consistent with paper sales and winners paid.
• Countersigns the cash inventory forms and any variances are noted.
• Prepares the order for fills and credits, and is responsible for funds received or turned in.
• Verifies each station beginning paper inventory number prior to the start time of sales.
• Records each station ending inventory numbers by recording the number of the last papers sold. Performs cashing/payout functions to the appropriate floor persons.
• Implements the departmental policies and procedures as directed by the manager.
• Performs managerial functions during the shift. Including station assignments, calling assignments, and ensuring that the department operated efficiently during the assigned shift.
• Handles any guest opportunities that may arise.
• Prepares all paperwork that calculates the appropriate shift statistical results.
• Safeguards the assets of the company.

• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
• Knowledge of money handling.
• Ability to understand and comply with all Company and Department policies and procedures.
• Display friendly, courteous, polite behavior with a positive attitude.
• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• Previous bingo experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain Gaming work card for the jurisdiction in which the property is located.
