Perform service responsibilities in accordance with all company standards, policies, and procedures.  Responsible for expediting the food line, garnishing dishes using established procedures.  Responsible to deliver orders to guests using established seating arrangement procedures.  Responsible for maintaining the food line with condiments, dressings, sauces, soup etc.  Position requires time on feet all during shift – walking, standing, bending etc. This position pays $16/HR plus tips.

• Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Thunder Valley Casino’s "Winning Attitude" Company-wide culture and demonstrating Thunder Valley Casino’s AAA Four Diamond Service Standards at all times.

• Responsibilities including but not limited to:
• Maintain the food line area with condiments, soups, soup spoons, rice, sauces and other garnishes.
• Responsible for restocking all items during and at the end of the shift.
• Responsible to maintain proper sanitizer bucket in station at all times, replace every 4 hours.
• Expediting, organizing and garnishing orders before delivering to guests in proper seating order.
• Communicating with kitchen staff on production issues.
• Communicating with management on operational issues.

• Any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
