The Table Games Training Manager is responsible for providing the training necessary for all Table Games dealers to successfully deal the various table games offered to Guests of Thunder Valley Casino Resort. The Training Manager will instruct all dealer school participants to deal games efficiently and accurately while providing friendly interaction with all Guests and Team Members. The Training Manager will analyze the skills needs of the Table Games department in order to plan and conduct the necessary training classes for the Table Games department to meet the staffing demands of Thunder Valley’s business volumes. Responsibilities must be performed in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.
