The Cash Retrieval Attendant will physically remove, securely transport, and count monies from gaming devices. Responsibilities must be performed in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.

• Practice, support, and promote Thunder Valley Casino Resort’s “Winning Attitude” company-wide culture and demonstrate AAA Four Diamond service standards at all times.
• Remove, securely transport, and count monies from gaming devices with strict adherence to rules and regulations.
• Operate money counting equipment in a safe, efficient and cautious manner.
• Keep count room clean.
• Remove and replace bill validator boxes in slot machines according to the daily drop schedule with strict adherence to rules and regulations.
• Compare and balance manual counts to counting machine-automated counts, and complete data entry into computer programs.
• Be familiar with OSHA safety standards.

• High volume cash-handling experience is preferred, including experience working with currency counter equipment.
• Ability to verbally communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.
• Basic math skills.
• Basic data entry skills.
• Ability to maintain the confidentiality of information.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain UAIC Tribal Gaming License.

Physical Requirements:

• Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. with or without assistance.
• Ability to stand and walk for duration of shift.
• Manual dexterity to operate job related equipment.
• Ability to crouch, kneel, push, turn, carry, and pull.
