Provide friendly and efficient service to Guests while on the slot floor.  Execute slot machine relocations and conversions, complete necessary paperwork, and perform preventative maintenance of the various gaming devices.  Perform responsibilities in accordance with all company standards, policies, and procedures.

• Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Thunder Valley Casino’s “Winning Attitude” Company-wide culture and demonstrating Thunder Valley Casino’s AAA Four Diamond Service Standards at all times.
• Assist in the preventative maintenance of all slot machines and related equipment, including but not limited to coin rollers, changers, signs, carts, change banks, and jet-sorts. 
• Move slot machines and handle installations, conversions, and removals.  Install and remove signage.
• Keep Slot Shop clean and all working areas safe.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of video and slot machines.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of completed work.
• Be able to communicate with Guests in a friendly and positive manner.
• Be aware of and updated on all upcoming events and promotions.
• Perform other job related duties as assigned.

• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
• Have basic math skills.
• Have knowledge of the setup of all slot and video poker games and Player Tracking Systems.
• Have basic knowledge of electronics.
• Have working knowledge of Title 31 requirements and internal control policies.
• Maintain positive and effective working relationships with Team Members and Guests.
• Understand and practice “Winning Attitude” Service Standards and core values.
• Understand and comply with all company and departmental rules and regulations, policies and procedures.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming Work Card.
• No experience required.
• Mechanical experience preferred.
