Responsible for providing “Four Diamond / Luxury” Guest Service to our Guest at all times.  The Stove Person  supports  the Food and Beverage department in ensuring all ovens, ranges, stoves, broilers, grills, deep fryers, etc are cleaned and maintained to Company standards and specifications.    Applicant must clean, assemble and disassemble the kitchen equipment.  Also must maintain safety and sanitation standards in accordance with the policies of the Department of Health.

• Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Thunder Valley Casino’s "Winning Attitude" Company-wide culture and demonstrating Thunder Valley Casino’s AAA Four Diamond Service Standards at all times.
• Breakdown of Line Cooking Equipment, for cleaning and sanitation for use on next shift. Requires heavy lifting, bending, walking, and pulling, of Cast Iron Flat Top Range covers to expose catch trays and burners for cleaning.
• Requires the use of strong de-greasing chemicals for cleaning kitchen equipment.
• Requires basic knowledge and use of chemicals for cleaning and sanitation.
• Requires cleaning of greasy charred kitchen equipment using circular and back & forth scrubbing motions.
• Requires cleaning and wipe down of the hoods in the cook line.

• Any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
