As a member of the Casino's Support Team, the Quality Control Attendant will be responsible for enforcing COVID-19 protocol on casino property while providing guest service in a friendly manner. Shifts available are: Friday 6pm - 2am; Saturday 6pm - 2am; Sunday 4pm - 12 Midnight. The hourly rate for this position is $14.50/hr.

Essential Functions

  • Practice, support, and promote Thunder Valley Casino Resort’s “Winning Attitude” company-wide culture and demonstrate AAA Four Diamond service standards at all times.
  • Remove plastic cups, glassware, and bottles from slot machine cabinets, counters, and other areas of the casino; dispose, recycle or return to service bars as appropriate.
  • Dispose of trash from slot machine areas and casino floor.
  • Ensure that Plexiglas partitions are positioned properly and sanitized regularly.
  • Ensure that chairs are positioned properly in front of slot machines when not in use.
  • Sanitize slot machines, surfaces around machines, chairs, and countertops by wiping them down with provided cleaners.
  • Sanitize ATM’s and Guest Kiosks.
  • Be familiar with OSHA safety codes regarding chemicals. Use proper personal protective equipment (PPE) when using or dispensing chemicals.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent education preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Management in both written and verbal form and by telephone and radio.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be able to obtain UAIC Tribal Gaming License.

Physical Requirements:

  • Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols.
  • Ability to maneuver and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Requires the ability to use and carry job related equipment.
  • Manual dexterity to operate job related equipment.
  • Ability to crouch, kneel, push, turn, reach, carry, and pull.
  • Requires the physical ability to stand and walk for duration of shift.
  • Ability to working in dimly lit conditions and a noisy and smoky environment.
