Assistant Room Manager performs responsibilities in accordance with all company standards, policies, and procedures. The position is responsible to communicate with outgoing/incoming manager and other Team Members; to walk floor to evaluate the restaurant, bar, bathroom, kitchens, and storage areas to ensure all areas are cleaned and safe; and to prepare pre-shift, schedule, station diagram, requisition of product, and assist other Team Members, and Managers. He/she should be comfortable working on a computer. The Assistant Room Manager must display outstanding Team & Guest relations.
