Responsible for providing “Four Diamond / Luxury” Guest Service at all times. The Cook’s Helper supports the Chef's in cooking, frying, sautéing, carving, broiling, grilling, steaming all meats, fish, eggs, vegetables, etc. Other duties include maintaining cleanliness of areas as well as keeping cold items stocked. Ensure that the kitchen area and equipment are in good working order.
Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
Must manage time effectively with minimum supervision. Ability to handle high pace production.
Must possess and demonstrate great attention to detail in order to maintain unit’s appearance and operating standards. Using good judgment.
Minimum of 1 year Culinary Experience.
Must be able to read all tickets and organize food production in a timely manner.
Possess or obtain a California Food Handler Card.
