  • Overview

    Responsible for providing “Four Diamond / Luxury” Guest Service to our Guest at all times.  The Assistant Food Court Manager is responsible to perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures with main focus on running the operation of Peet’s Coffee & Tea company.   Ensure service standards and brand standards are met at all times during their shift. Treat customers and fellow Team Members with a friendly, upbeat and positive attitude. Assist the Manager with daily operating procedures such as maintaining quality store operations, maximizing financial contribution and supervising Team Member development.  Applicant must be able to work a variety of shift mix with early morning, late night and graveyard shifts.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Ability communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
    • Must be proficient in computer applications Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Must be certified in an approved alcohol awareness course, provided by the company.
    • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required, College Degree Preferred.
    • Must have 2-3 years of experience in a restaurant environment.
    • Experience in coffee branded concept as barista and or in a supervisory capacity.
    • Possess or obtain a California Food Handler Card.
