  • Overview

    Under the direction of the Director of Direct Marketing, the Thunder Valley Marketing Production Specialist is responsible for the production of direct marketing programs including direct mail and email. 

    Essential Functions

    • Is responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Thunder Valley Casino Resort’s “Winning Attitude” company-wide culture and demonstrating AAA Four Diamond service standards at all times.
    • Works with the Director of Direct Marketing to build and maintain direct marketing schedule for direct mail and email.
    • Coordinates and executes direct marketing plan, including job tracking, sending work orders, project briefs and appropriate art and data files to vendors.
    • Secures bids for all production work, creates order requests, tracks budget and adheres to property accounting policies.
    • Makes recommendations regarding best use of printing technologies.
    • Coordinates with Mail House, Events, Promotions, Social Media, Casino Marketing, Player Development, Advertising and Campaign Coordinator to ensure deadlines and drop dates are met.
    • Maintains all historical direct marketing samples and project files.
    • Maintains confidentiality of guests and trade secrets of Thunder Valley Casino Resort at all times.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Ability to communicate effectively with guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
    • At least 5 years of print coordination experience in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment.
    • At least 2 years of experience using IBM Marketing Cloud/Silver pop, Dreamweaver, and experience coding in HTML and CSS.
