  • Overview

    Assist arriving and departing Guests with luggage, and transportation needs.  Handles Guest opportunities/inquiries with established “Four Diamond” standards in mind.  Performs responsibilities in accordance with established company standards, policies, and procedures. 

    Essential Functions

    • Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Thunder Valley Casino’s “Winning Attitude” Company-wide culture and demonstrating Thunder Valley Casino’s AAA Four Diamond Service Standards at all times.
    • Participates in daily pre-shift meetings outlining activities and expectations to ensure “AAA Four Diamond / Luxury” standards achieved and maintained.
    • Greets guest upon arrival and departure, assisting with request such as directions, property questions, and reservations.
    • Respond to all Guest inquiries in accordance with established company policy, procedures and “AAA Four Diamond / Luxury” standards.
    • Transport guest in hotel vehicles as assigned.
    • Log, track and dispatch Bell and or Transportation request.
    • Handle group luggage, wheelchair, laundry, mail and room deliveries as assigned.
    • Check baggage for Guest at desk and assist with luggage pick up and drop off.
    • Work as a Door Person as needed.
    • Work as greeter in Porte Cochere.
    • Interact with Guest, Team Members and Management in a courteous and professional.
    • Fosters a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • High school or equivalent education preferred.
    • Must be at least 21 years old.
    • Previous Bell Person experience at an “AAA Four Diamond / Luxury” hotel property is preferred.
    • Previous customer service experience preferred.
    • Must be able to communicate effectively with Guest, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
    • Oral communication - the individual speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations.
